We offer degrees from all the affiliate institutions. We shall train you and make you become whom God wants you to become in life. We issue degrees from all our affiliated institutions. We are in Eberi, Omuma LGA to give comprehensive, adequate and higher level of theological education, to called men and women and to all who desire to know more. We are fully registered in Nigeria and incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja FCT, Nigeria. Our main campus in Asa Nnentu Aba is in our own land and we needed facilities. We are really connected with other higher institutions in Nigeria and in overseas. We are also recognize and incorporated in Nigeria as a higher institution of theological studies.

We issue certificates, diplomas and degrees from our affiliate Institutions. We have four (4) things to accomplish in our forth coming program in Eberi Omuma next few weeks, if you can comply, support and work and walk with us as we cannot do all alone. Below are the expected programs in Eberi on the expected day:0-

Commissioning (Licensing) the young Ministers.
Ordination of the qualified ministers.
Honorary awards to qualified citizens.
Matriculation of our new students.

This is time when documented authority to minister is required. This is time that some gospel ministers preach, teach, minister and offer some sacraments without official documents backing them and authorizing them to do such in this scientific, technological, educational, logical and legal society which when the negative and contrary issues occur, they fall into great danger and regret, that is why we organize these programmes of ministerial licensing and ordination.

I therefore challenge you and urge you to recommend qualified people for ministerial licensing (commissioning), qualified people for ordinations that day, qualified people for honorary awards who also shall go with their certificates, then, new students for admission who shall through studies in our institution become great, mature, academic, theological, visionary oriented and strategic in missions, work with us and see how great your life, business and family shall be because you are a co-worker in God’s great business in Eberi. Any student, no matter the level he or she may apply to study in our Institutions or in our affiliate Institutions shall receive 50% scholarship benefit if such one comes with a letter from CAN, PFN or from other branches of CAN in Omuma LGA of Rivers State. I am renewing this promise to assure you that I am still rigid and faithful in my open promise to you last time. Our institutions have been credited among the best in the country and still remain the most academic. I want to entertain all your questions on issues mentioned above, if you have any?

We shall issue the certificate or ordination and commissioning to the qualified candidates hence it is now dangerous to minister without authentic document to back that ministry and calling which renders that illegal before the government. Ordained ministers without certificates or licensing (commissioning) is not all that safe nowadays, the certificates are too important for the gospel ministers in our days.

Ordination and Ministerial Licensing are for those who never get anyone, one being ordained without certificate is also dangerous in this era.

Service Desired: (a) Licensing (Commissioning) (b) Ordination (c) Both ordination and commissioning.
Condition for commissioning and Ordination:-

The candidate for ordination must come with his church members, his wife and family members and the wife must stand behind her husband during his ordination as he kneels for that.
The candidate for licensing must also come with his wife if married who shall stand behind him during commissioning.
The National council for ordination and ministerial licensing shall not accept any unconfirmed baseless minister for such services and shall not give certificate to any hypocrite for that.
All payments for commissioning and for ordination shall be paid before one week to the day of the ceremony. Thus payment is for certificate only.
The candidate is required to accompany the payment for the certificate with all his ministry and secular credentials.
The candidate must come with his church members, friends, neighbours and relations to the occasion in order to witness things by themselves.
More conditions shall be added if any candidate needs that to be done in his local church or ministry based outside Eltheco hall.
Those with vision to preach beyond Nigeria and who desire to travel abroad in order to preach the gospel who also be ordained and obtain the certificate have the right to apply for such International certificate for commissioning and ordination.
Certificate for church workers are also available for Sunday School teachers, Ushers, conductors, choruses leaders and altar workers. This is called the certificate of Christian Ministry or Church workers certificate.

ADMISSION PROCESS IN ELTHECO
Our Theological Institutions are open for students to make choice of the very program of their choice in any of our theological Intitutions as shown below:-

Pre-certificate or pre-deploma programme: This is one year certificate programme, specifically prepared for all those who did not acquire primary or elementary school knowledge or all those without first school leaving certificates who cannot really understand the level of academic lectures.
Certificate Programme: This is one year academic programme for all those who want to acquire the knowledge of a specific course or discipline of their choice.
Diploma Programme: This is a two year Diploma programme that can last only 24 months.
Higher Diploma Programme: This is a four yer higher Diploma for those who have earlier acquired their two years lower Diploma in similar discipline.
Bachelor Degree Programme: (From our affiliate Institutions): This is a four year Bachelor degree programme after two years Diploma programme in similar discipline.
Post Graduate Diploma Programme: This is a one year academic programme after Bachelor degree programme or after Higher Diploma programme from similar or non-fully related discipline.
Master Degree Programme: (From our Affiliate Institutions): This is an 18 months masters Degree Programme for those who have acquired their bachelor degree programmes or equivalent papers.
Doctorate Degree Programme: (From our Affiliate Institutions)This is a 36 months programme after Masters Degree Programme. Doctoral degree programmes are for those who have exhibited higher interest in learning and have experienced wider knowledge in gospel ministries or in secular services. It is a specific academic programme with single focus.

School days: Tuesday through Friday 8am to 3.30pm
Chapel Periods: 10am to 11.30am daily.

OUR FOCUS IN EXISTENCE
We are called to produce, to train and to make church leaders who shall in turn shall train and build church members. Our focus is to produce leaders who shall lead by examples, whose lives shall be the epitome of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the true gospel leader whose leadership style shall without doubt be his inbuilt lifestyle as well. Our primary focus in church building is to produce church leaders who shall be leaders indeed. Our present day churches and gospel ministries suffer many things due to absence of true church leaders. God did not make a mistake when He chose Adam to lead human race, Noah to lead the eorld after the flood, Abraham to lead the world of faith, Moses to lead the world of piety and people of God, John the Baptist to lead the world of the early church, Paul to lead the world of early Missions, then the Apostles, prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers to lead the world of militant church, still more leaders are needed in order to achieve the plan and programs of God in our generation. The present day church and mission need nothing but church that shall make the gospel more productive. The need for Church leadership is now and not later.

EL THEOLOGICAL COLLEGE PRODUCTION
The subject of leadership is a whole wide field of study and man writers have dealt with it extensively; Ronald A Heifet and Marty Linsky are some of them. We cannot therefore pretend to deal with this in a few minutes. This paper is however intended to throw some light on this subject with the hope that this will act as an inspiration to leaders and potential leaders that we are called to be, especially in church leadership to study and know how to do well what we are called to do. It is my fervent hope and prayer that this will be the case.

The call to lead avails itself everyday of our life. It is an opportunity to step forward and accept the risky and dangerous job of leading. It beckons on us to rise to the challenges of raising important questions and even bring to light unresolved conflicts. It gives us a chance to make a difference in the lives of people around us. These opportunities open up at home, within the communities and even at work place. It is common to see people fight to lead while others work hard to stay away from it. In leadership some politicians or mayors will have to take on the challenge to convince his people to choose to build a prison in their locality instead of some other things like schools. Leadership qualities require that you be the one to put on the table the real issues being avoided by others. It is the challenge of good leadership for one to challenge the gap between colleague’s values and salaries. Many writers on leadership hold that exercising leadership can get one into a lot of trouble, but this is not true, though leadership is always faced with criticism, hatred and at times open attacks, still good and mature leaders shun such and face their task. David, the son of Jesse, the killer of Goliath was distracted, discouraged and despised by both his elder brothers and King Saul but he resisted all despisements and went forward to attack and kill Goliath to the greatest surprise of all the trained soilders at the war front. It was a shock for an untrained soldier to kill a giant that threatens the war lord and all trained soldiers of Israel.

The leadership of David really manifested as a result of his victory over Goliath. He was a leader that was not yet known, He took up Israel leadership spiritually as a result of his victory over the greatest enemy of his people. He came when a fearless leader is needed because the overall leader of Israel, King Saul was already afraid. The coming of David brought victory to Israel. Leaders are not sought for, but when the Leadership matter arises, Leaders appear: David is the practical example on how leaders appear in the matters that need leaders attention and leaders presence. A good leader does not fear circumstances but always trust in God with vision to win and to succeed.

EL Theological College is a base where Moses, Joshua, Samuel, David, Elijah and Elisha are produced, a place to make ministers appear like Peter and Paul. To lead is to live carefully because those to be led are asked to go-through some disciplinary change concerning what they have held dearly for long. Daily habits, loyalties, ways of thinking, doing things or even customs quite often when disturbed, the individuals or groups push back in every way possible and the result becomes that the leader can be knocked our i.e. pushed aside, undermined or eliminated, this is too common in a secular or in the worldly leadership, but Biblical and spiritual leaderships are not so, but totally God’s oriented. All who have had some kind of experience in any form of leadership be it part or full in a family, business set up or municipality know how vulnerable it is, be it personal or professional. Even if you take a given style, be careful and even be certain of being on the right track, leading is divine business but a necessary understanding based on the Bible shall be observed and taken care of.

If the various units of society must advance then the opportunities to lead must be embarrassed in a way as to respond to the duties of leadership and more so stay alive in spirit when the going gets very tough. In the words of Johnny Cash, it is possible to “Walk the line” meaning the ability to take the challenge to lead and lead to make a difference. Take the heat and effectively face the vision and live to enjoy the fruits of your efforts. Every successful leadership has positive fruits and future better results.

All of us have something unique to offer and the issue at stake here is how to use that gift to help others. This gift might just be our knowledge, experience, presence, hear, wisdom or just our basic curiosity and our willingness to tackle the tough issues. Leadership is not for those who play safe but for those who are willing to challenge the tough issues of change. This is best understood in Ron’s book titles LEADERSHIP WITHOUT EASY ANSWERS. The dangers of leadership make it all the same a task to be met with, so that tough issues must be dealt with.

LEADERSHIP HAS TO DO WITH PRODUCTIVITY.
Leadership must produce and every leader must have followers, followers, adherents, disciples and supporters without which everything becomes failure and totally collapsed to the detriment of all, even those a far off. Every good leader is mandated to produce other leaders without which, the structure becomes dead, non-functional and dormant. The greatest test, value and evaluation of every leader is based on the number of under-leadership he has produced and the number of junior or lower leaders at his back produced as a result of his vision.

The church survival, stability and safety are based on careful and model leadership of a wise leader. Leaders are not really sought for, but when the leadership matter occurs, leaders appear, thus good leaders are true products of God and His word. Leadership potential and ability is in every believers but it takes a visionary first leader to develop such hidden potentials inside his members or followers. The supreme target of EL Theological College is to bring out the leadership potentials in the students in order to make them become the great leaders of the church through whose ministries other young leaders shall be born or spring up to the total glory of God. It shall be counted total failure, irrespective of whatever the leader may claim. If he fails to produce other younger leaders after him. Thus, the supreme task of every leader is productivity and that is the production of other men that shall also lead.

IS LEADERSHIP DANGEROUS?
Leadership champions the cause and change comes with losses. People in general want change without any losses. They want their acquired rights to stay the same. People need financial or economic changes, spiritual changes, social changes, ministerial changes and others, change easily becomes the problem or issue and not the point in question. A good leader produces good followers and obedient adherents whose hearts are touched by God. Yitzhak Rabin (Prime minister of Israel is a good example of good leadership worthy to be mentioned and to be talked about. He is a good and exemplary leader. A leader becomes failure when he wants to tamper with values, rights, freedom, benefits or habits of his people. Every leader is called to lead his people at the path of safety.

ELTHECO LEADERSHIP TARGET:
EL Theological College is the most ministerial theological Institution that focus deeply on what Jesus sees as a task, which is to produce more disciples that shall also produce other disciples for the harvest of the world. The true discipleship is the true leadership which is a business production and reproduction. Whatever that had happened in Christianity or with Christianity that abhors production and reproduction shall not be seen as the will of God but the wave of Satan and all the demonic organizations. EL Theological College is the base of productivity where the called men and women are made and produced such as the five fold gospel ministers as shown under. EL Theological College is the centre for all gospel MINISTERS:-

It is the centre for the PROPHETS.
It is the centre for the EVANGELISTS
EL Theological College is the centre for the PASTORS.
. It is the centre for the TEACHERS.

It is where the men and women of God are made and prepared for ecclesiastical leadership functions and for the progress of the house of God. It must be clearly observed that most of the known and all progressive gospel ministers we know today are products of EL Theological College or must have either passed through the leadership programs and seminars of EL Theological College directly or indirectly or must have passed through the tutorship of one who was touched and taught by EL Theological College of any branch or any campus in Nigeria or outside Nigeria. The leadership of EL Theological College is to produce great leaders that shall produce more leaders for the fast and successful growth and expansion of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The leader must be connected to God to the church and to his family in order to please God who called him.

Leadership requires that the leader stays connected to the people in the phase of difficult situations. He should communicate to the people how he is handling the problem, where he/she is having problems and why the solution is easy to come bye. The people need to know how they can help. The people always hope to receive better information, hope and issues that can generate faith, zeal and miracles to their pressing needs and to their unseen enemies. EL Theological College as the best, even in leadership is bent to make all gospel ministers to become successful leaders with successful followers in order to restore the church that JESUS died for to it’s former glory.

Any good leader that goes forward with his people is a successful leader, the storm of failure shall never meet any leader that works and walks with his church members. Failure in the ministry or church crises only come when the leader is walking and working alone without his people knowing what he is doing and without producing other lower leaders that shall work and walk with him, that shall support and build his vision, that shall lead and coordinate the floor on his behalf and lower leaders that shall speak and project his idea, his ministry, goals and his strategy.

There are most important issues, topics, doctrines, points, focus, teachings and emphasis which EL Theological College and its authority consider as the cardinal emphasis or as the cardinal teachings of the college. Every student of EL Theological College whether on diploma level, on Bachelor degree level or on Post Graduate level must study and must pass through the cardinal teachings or what is known as the cardinal emphasis of Eltheco. EL Theological College has more than 56 departments with more than 12,000 courses (Twelve thousand courses) still these cardinal emphasis of this great college remain the foundation, fundamental, key points, the focus and the primary emphasis that every student shall capture, possess, swallow and be conceived with. Among these are the underlisted key emphasis.

BIBLE THE WORD OF GOD:

EL Theological College teaches and persuades every student to believe and to understand that the Bible is the inspired word of God, written by the finger and commandment of God through the inspired men of God who were used to put down the will of God, the mind of God, the word of God and the inspiration of God for the total understanding of man on earth.

GOD THE CREATOR:

EL Theological College with deep concern teaches the student whom God is, what God is, where God is, and how God is. God is the creator of the heavens, the earth, all things inside them. God is not created by any person and never an accidental product, but the almighty God, all knowing God, who is everywhere at everytime, who created the heavens and the earth with HIS WORD. There are three (3) persons in Godhead.

God the Father - Who sent His soon Jesus
God the Son - Who died for the sinners.
God the Holy Spirit - Who controls the believer.

These three persons are what are known as the TRINITY. Never are never three gods, but one great creator in three persons. This is the mystery of the truth about our Gd. Not three gods but one. EL Theological College helps the students to believe and to understand these.

JESUS CHRIST THE SON OF GOD:

Jesus Christ, the son of God is perfect man and also perfect God who came into the world from heaven, born of a Virgin, grew as man, accused by HIS enemies, was crucified on the cross at mountain Calvary, who truly died, buried, but after three days was resurrected from the grave, seen of all, who after that ascended to heaven and sit at the right hand of father. He died to save sinners from sins.

His blood is for the atonement of our sins.
His death was for the eternal life of those that believe.
Faith in His name is salvation to the believer.
He was used as the lamb for sacrifice of sin.
He is coming again to take His believers to heaven.

Jesus is still alive and still hears our prayers and pains. EL Theological College makes the student to understand this truth.

THE HOLY SPIRIT THE COMFORTER:

The Holy Spirit came from the father and was sent to continue the works of Jesus among the believers. The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. He is a person. He is a spirit being as the father is. He hears, speaks, woks and lives with people of God. The Holy Spirit is not a wind, not breeze and not an imaginary element that does not exist. He is God and works in the believers with signs and wonders. The mission of Eltheco is to help the student believe and live by this.

SIN, THE DESTROYER:

EL Theological College has it as a strong emphasis to teach about SIN, the inbred sin and the practical sin and emphasis the dangers of sin in human community and in the world at large and at the same time emphasizes how the sin came into the world and what JESUS came to do about our sins. Students are persuaded to believe this truth and to live by this truth. Sin shall take sinners to hell fire at last.

MAN THE IMAGE OF GOD

Man is the true image of God created by God with authority and power to control the earth. The only creature that was created differently from how others were created, born in sin, lived in sin, bound by sin and enslaved by sin and needs a savior, a redeemer and a deliverer without whom man shall perish in hell fire, a place prepared for all rebellions and all that reject the word of God. That redeemer, savior and deliverer needed by man is no other person but Jesus the son of God who died on the cross to save and to redeem man from bondage, curse, slavery and penalty of sin.
Man is soul, spirit and body (flesh) and has direct and easy connection to God, to Satan or to fellow man on earth. Man is responsible for his actions, whether good or bad, therefore shall be judged by God according to his works on earth. EL Theological students should learn this and understand it properly.

ANGELS OF GOD

Angels are created beings in heaven who serve as errand personnel to God, who are subject to God’s command and to God’s orders. The Bible mentioned some angels as the Angels Michael, Gabriel, Uriel and others. Angels worship God and have visited the earth through God’s directives and through God’s special assignments to them. Angels are not the creators and not co-creators with God, rather were all created by God for specific divine duties or assignments. EL Theological Students must learn this and properly understand it.

LUCIFER (SATAN):

Angel Lucifer was one of the Archangels (Senior angels) created by God and specifically assigned to the band of praises and worship who also was very beautiful and bestowed with authority, which led to his pride, rebellion and violent usurpation of God’s authority. He was defeated with his group of other rebellious angels and were all cast away from heaven, other fell into the sea and became marine spirits, others into the bush and remain forest deities, others on the air and became powers of the wind, queen of heaven (air) while others entered different cultures and tribes, animals, trees and other creatures to deceive people as we see them today. It was after that season that the serpent (animal spirit) entered the garden and deceived Adam and Eve the best creature of God. This is the story of Satan and his host of demons. EL Theological College students must learn this and know it well. Satan and all his demonic world hate God and all the believers in Christ.

HEAVEN AND HELL FIRE

EL Theological College shall teach her students about the three specific abode of human beings, namely the earth which is the literal abode of man in his flesh, second one is heaven which is the permanent and eternal abode of Jesus and all his followers, the third place is called hellfire which is the permanent end eternal abode of Lucifer the devil and all his followers. The world is our home of birth, heaven is the home of the righteous or godly people, while hellfire is the place of sinners where suffering never end. This world is the place of eternal preparation of where man shall spend his eternity after this earthly life. Heaven is a real place and hellfire is also a real place and all our students of EL Theological College students must understand it on this scriptural concept and share it to their churches on this scriptural foundation. The issues of heaven and hellfire are not fiction, not myth not parables and not exaggerative phrases nor examples of philosophical manipulation, but nothing but the truth of God, explained by Jesus.

DEMONS:

The demons are the fallen angels commonly addressed and known as the evil spirits. They were the followers of Lucifer who rebelled against God in heaven. The Bible calls them evil spirits, devils, unclean spirits, fowl spirits and others. The demons are the actors, motivators, promoters, inventors and the powers behind all occultations, Idolatry, Wizardry, magics, sorcery, fetishness and all forms of diabolic activities in our society today. EL Theological College shall teach the students and help them to understand this truth and uphold it rigidly and firmly.

CHRISTIAN THEOLOGY:

Christian theology is a belief that holds God as the almighty God, holy God, righteous God, who cannot die, never be sick nor can he sleep. He is all powerful, ever present, knows everything, can never make a mistake and sees everywhere, hears every word, created all things. He is everywhere, everytime and hears every word at the same time and sees the deeds of all men at the same time. He lives in heaven, in man’s heart, in the air, in sea, inforest and everywhere at the same time and at the same season. He is the creator of everything but nobody created him, full of mercy and slow to anger. He can kill and can also make alive. H is a father and the father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In Old Testament times, He received the sacrifices of animals, lambs and sheep but in the New Testament, HE KILLED HIS SON JESUS AS THE LAMB FOR SUCH SACRIFICE for the total atonement of our sins and made it open to all to believe and to accept HIS SON JESUS who was used as the sacrificial lamb for the sins of the entire world. As many as believe in this truth shall be saved, be forgiven or pardoned. Every student of EL Theological College must hear this truth and believe it. Based on this Christ atonement, no other sacrifice is required on earth.

DIVINITY

Every student of EL Theological College must study all about divinity and understand it all through. In our study of divinity few things are involved which include proper understanding of the true God, the existence of other deities, Divinity in general perceptive, what makes a deity to be seen and known as a divinity and what qualifies every god or goddess to be a divinity. We acknowledge the existence of ancient and modern divinities but our emphasis and our main concern here is the true God, the only DIVINITY that controls the entire universe, the creator of heavens and the earth and everything in them. This is the very God known and called the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, who also is known as the Jehovah God of the Hebrews. He is the creator God that gave His only begotten son Jesus to die for the world, through whose name the sinner shall be saved. There is no other creator in heaven, on earth nor under the earth but JEHOVAH alone who created the heaven and the earth, who made man in His own image whose character is full of love and mercy.

ETERNITY

Eternity here refers to everlasting, endless or non stopping. Man is eternal being made up of three things which include the body (fresh), soul (life), and Spirit (eternal being). What makes man what and whom he is today is not the flesh, not his life but his spirit that connects with God on steadily basis. The physical death of man where his flesh and life end here on earth is not the true end of man because man’s spirit does not die and cannot die but created to live forever, for eternity and without end. The spirit of man is the real man in man and the true man that exist. Because man cannot die, God has prepared two places for man’s eternity which are heaven and Hell fire. It must be the choice of man to go to heaven and live with Christ forever or to choose hell fire and to suffer with Satan the Lucifer for ever. Man is eternal being and can never die even if the flesh is buried and died. Every student of EL Theological College must hear this, know it, believe it, practice the best and defend the truth.

SALVATON

Salvation hear means to be saved from sins and their consequences, to be delivered from the power of sin, to be loosed and redeemed from the bondage of sin. It is to be free from the deliberate act of sinning and to accept and to receive Jesus Christ as ones personal lord and savior, to live and to abide by the divine principle as directed by Jesus Christ the son of God who died that sinners might be saved. Salvation is a free gift of God and from God through Jesus Christ. It is only obtained by faith, through repentance, confession of one’s sins and by believing in the atoning death of Jesus Christ. This fundamental truth must be known, believed, understood and be confessed by every student of EL Theological College as our cardinal teaching and unavoidable emphasis in EL Theological College. Salvation is free but not cheap, without price but not valueless, but on expression of God’s love through His son Jesus Christ.

SANCTIFICATION

This is the basic doctrine of holiness which every student of EL Theological College must study, understand and believed. Sanctification is the second work of grace after salvation as the first work of grace. While salvation from sins is for sinners (unbelievers), sanctification of the heart is for the believers (the saved Christians). At salvation, Jesus forgives the sinner and saves him, but at sanctification, the Holy Spirit comes to the believer and purifies his heart, cleanses his mind and sanctifies his spirit and sets him aside for the proper usage of God, declaring the believer to be holy, full of the Holy Spirit and under which the fruits of the Holy Spirit shall be produced, while the physical evidences are holy living, righteous thoughts and ambitions, love of God, godliness and Christ like living and activities. While the salvation is to save the sinner from his wickedness and other practical sins, sanctification is to uproot the inbred sin and to deliver the believer from the carnal mind or carnality which is also called the Adamic nature or an old nature in man. All admitted students of EL Theological College must study this, know it, believe the scriptures and live by the truth.

CHRISTIAN LIFE:

Christian life is known as spiritual life or Christ like life, the life of Christ and believers life which is exemplified in holy living, righteous living, fear of God, love of God, obedient to God, faith and faithfulness. It is the life of the saints and the body of Christ. This is the life of meekness, joy, patience, obedience, sincerity, holiness, prayerfulness, closeness to God and the life that represents Christ here on earth. It is Christ own life copied by His follower, the believer who abides in truth and in love of God. EL Theological College students must study this truth, believe it, abide by it, confess it, possess it and represent it daily in his life and his daily activities.

THE CHURCH:

The church is the body of Christ, the saved people of God united with Christ in God, the blood washed people known as the peculiar people of God, the called out, the redeemed people of God and the believers in Christ who were purchased with the blood of the lamb (Jesus Christ). It is the assembly of God, the congregation of the saints, the holy assembly and the citizens of heaven, controlled by the spirit of God. It is a spiritual kingdom on earth. Members of the church are the only repented souls born again believers, saved Christians, pardoned people of God whose sins are forgiven due to their repentance and faith in the finished works of Jesus at Calvary. Their lives are characterized with holiness, peace, love, unity, faith, faithfulness, meekness, truth and Christ-like activities on earth. The church is pictured and revealed as a bride ready to wed with her husband Jesus Christ.

CHRISTIAN MINISTRY

The Christian Ministry referred in our theological institution is simply known as the business services or duties that the Christian believer is assigned to do or the one such Christian believer has chosen to do or what is also referred or known as the call of God under which a believer is called to become an apostle, a prophet, an evangelist, a pastor or a teacher for the building of the believers and for the equipment and growth of the Church. God calls believers for different businesses and for different assignments for the growth of the kingdom. Some are called as church builders, project sponsors, intercessors, problem solvers, while others are called and assigned to be deliverance ministers, healing ministers, charismatic ministers, orphanage runners, tracts distributors, mobile preachers, Humanitarian ministries, rural preachers, widows and the poor helper, soul; winners and other ministries according to God’s calling. There are four basic purposes and focuses of the Christian ministries which include:

To win sinners for Christ.

ii)      To prepare men for eternity in heaven.
iii)     To train and o equip Christian workers, gospel ministers and called men and women for world harvest, church growth and for the preparation of the members for the coming rapture.
iv)     To establish, build and to solidify the church, the body of Christ and the kingdom of god on earth.

CHRISTIAN MISSION:

Christian mission is the total involvement of the Christians to the purpose of Jesus death at the cross of Calvary. It is total engagement of people of God in the field of soul winning, church planting, cross cultural ministries, evangelism, church building, gospel propagation, church growth activities, inter-tribal ministry, Inter-cultural evangelism, Inter-racial soul winning, international gospel outreach and the vision of Churching the unchurched and the unchristianizing the unchristianed people of the world. The theme of the Christian mission is Úgo ye into the world”, EL Theological College has Christian ministry and Christian mission as its priority and cardinal emphasis which every student must study, believe, love, accept and practice. The call of God to the gospel minster is a call to mission, this might be home mission or foreign mission, but it must be on Mission. The missionary call is a “call to go” and every student of Eltheco is fully trained to understand this and to possess it and to fully obey it.

EDUCATION

EL Theological College steadily and seriously emphasizes on the necessity of education, necessity of learning, need of proper training and the present pressure for studies. Both Christian education, social education, secular education and religious education are seriously important, urgently needed, unavoidably demanded and practically called for. It is obviously clear that knowledge and vision move together, while vision is the fore runner of mission, there is therefore an urgent need of education in our pulpit for the growth, expansion, stability and for the survival of pour church. Knowledge is one of the key fruits of education and the present day churches need anointed educated people of God, full of the Holy Spirit who shall carry the gospel to the popular and wealthy people of the world. This is the key reason EL Theological College has education as one of its primary focus which every student shall understand, copy, emulate, follow-up and capture as well. Education is a necessity in the pulpit at this computer age.

RELIGION

EL Theological College emphasizes much on religious and strongly makes every student to understand the root, foundation, faith, laws, convictions, emphasis and the total code of other world religions and to compare such religious ideas with Christianity. There are great differences between Christianity (GOSPEL) and other world religions. While we see Christianity as “THE GOSPEL” whose deity is called Father God, full of love and compassion, we also see religions that worship their deities who are not fathers. Christian Bible says God is our father who is in heaven, and as many as receive Jesus becomes the sons of God the father, thus Christianity is the gospel and not religion but a RELATIONSHIP between father in heaven and his children on earth. In religion, man struggles with all strength, going to temples, mountains, hills, valleys, rivers and to religious sites seeking their deity that is not a father, but in Christianity God left heaven , came into the world to seek the lost son in order to live in his heart. In religion the supreme deity lives in a religious place, but in the gospel, God lives in man and leads man who has known whom HE IS. In religions, animals and birds are scarified to appease their deities, but in Christianity Jesus (a man) was killed to appease the creator Jehovah.

LIFE AND DEATH

EL Theological College as the best Bible College in Nigeria has the issues of life and death as its cardinal emphasis and unavoidable emphasis and unforgettable teachings in the classroom. We emphasize steadily that life is a free gift from God, but death is an appointment to every man on earth. There are two kinds of death as there are two kinds of life, which are the spiritual death and the physical death, the spiritual life and the physical life also. The physical death of man is not the end of man, but life continues after the grave. There shall be resurrection, judgment and eternal life after our physical death here on earth. The physical life of man exists in order to prepare man for his eternal life in heaven and failure on that shall lead man to eternal life in hell fire.

THE EARTH

The earth is a temporal place of man, where the beasts, birds, plants and tree live and grow. It is the temporal abode of man but shall pass away at the end of all things. The Bible says it shall be melted with a fervent heat and gone out of sight because this world shall one day come to an end which shall precede to judgment of God. Heaven and shall pass away, while the new heaven and new earth shall take over where Jesus shall reign with the saints forever. The banks, industries and big houses shall no longer be as everything on earth shall be melted with fire.

ECCLESIOLOGY

Ecclesiology is to study or the study of the real meaning of the church and all its functions. We acknowledge our earlier treatment of the church in this emphasis or this cardinal teachings but ecclesiology here is treated as both spiritual and physical organization with both physical and Spiritual governments. Every student must study, learn, understand and really be taught the issues of scriptural ecclesiological and possess the real idea of it. Ecclesiology has to do with the most important issues of the church, as we unavoidably believe and emphasize that God owns the church, but men worship God in the church. The church is the body of Christ, where the pious and penitent believers worship God in truth, in spirit, with obedience and in love all the time. Ecclesiology here features seven important issues to God and to man.

The government of the church (Theocracy)
Administration of the church (Decent and orderliness)
The leadership of the church (multiplication and increase)
The discipleship of the church (Obedience and Submission)
The fellowship of the church (Love and Unity)
The worship of the church (Spirituality and holiness)
The membership of the church (Salvation and righteousness).

We emphasize the following truth and help students to know and to understand all, in order to represent Jesus everywhere, every time and in every occasion, thus this becomes important.

HERESIES, CULTS AND OCCULTS

The need to understand heresies, cults and occults grows more nowadays and calling the church and all her members to be fully aware of who they are, what they do, how they operate and why the grow. The craftiness and compromise of these groups nowadays and their plans to mix with believers is too dangerous and badly affecting the church negatively and killing the zeal and the spirit of evangelism in the church and among the believers. Every student must study this truth. The heretic groups are those that have the Bible but deny the power of resurrection and the effects of Jesus atonement on the cross through their practices, while the occult group are those that add magics, rituals, fetish activities, blood sacrifices of animals or birds as part of their petitions. The cult group is a gang-up of evil men whose aim at times becomes violent and dangerous. Cult group also may be mild, religious but still dangerous to Christian faith and confession.

SPIRITS AND SPIRITUAL BEINGS.

We discuss greatly all about the spirits and spiritual beings that operate, act, speak, manifest and live. There are three spirit beings or three spiritual beings that are visible today, work in man, speak to man and can live in man. These spirits include:-

The Spirit of God – (The Holy Spirit)
The spirit of man – (The real man in man)
The spirits of Satan – (The evil spirits)

Many people always hear from these spirits on daily basis and on regular basis. God speaks to man, demons speak to man and the spirit of man speaks to man on steady basis. The spirit God speaks slowly, peacefully, scripturally and faithfully to man, the spirit of man speaks suggestively, doubtfully, naturally with deep reasoning and all probability, while the spirit of Satan (demons) speak forcefully, falsely, persuasively, seductively, fastly, decisively and craftly in order to lure the hearer to his dangerous trap. These three voices frequently come to man and it is very important for man to know and to understand when God is speaking, when self is speaking and when Satan is speaking, thus EL Theological College made it a compulsory course for all students to learn.

DIVINE REVELATIONS:

Divine revelations are process and means through which God can appear to man, speak to man, rebuke man, correct man, instruct man, lead man and deal with man. God deals with man through divine revelations, Satan also deals with man through demonic revelations, thus more carefulness shall be observed to avoid taking in some unnecessary revelations from Satan, because demons reveal on steady bases to people, while a careless inspiritual and unguided and unguarded people accept all to their detriments. Below are such areas through which God can speak to man, to families, to the church and to the society:-

Prophecies - Oral revelations.
Dreams - Revelation while asleep.
Trances - Revelation while in spirit
Theophany - God appearing in human form
Speaking in tongues - Revelation through languages.
Visions - Revelation by seeing
Word of knowledge - revelation by utterances.

Eltheco students must learn these and master them to the glory of God. Nevertheless, the greatest, most evidential and clearest divine revelation is the Bible, the word of God, which Satan cannot manipulate.

CHRSITAN FAMILY, HOME AND MARRIAGE.

The Christian family, Christian home or Christian marriages are issues of great interest in the business of God, in the church, in gospel ministry and more importantly in EL Theological College where marriage is seen, known, believed and confessed as a rigid divine project. Christian family, home and marriage constitute the issues of great emphasis and rigid cardinal teaching and emphasis EL Theological College which every student must study, hear, know, believe, accept and possess also. The first church is the home and when the gospel ministers home is in trouble, consciously or unconsciously his church must be in trouble because it must be unavoidably reflect directly to the church, that is the reason the students of EL Theological College must study this. Marriage business is a union that ends at the grave, divorce and remarriage is not Biblical. It must be one man one woman, no remarriage, no adultery, no extra marital sex, no second wife, no second husband and no third party (serpent). Marriage is the greatest and the strongest relationship on earth which is the union of one man and one woman a relationship that is cleaving which made it to be permanent union of a husband and a wife under which is known as a couple. Having more than one partner is not Biblical and divorcing and remarrying is not Biblical, having partners elsewhere is demonic, but a relationship that is created to end at death only. In Biblical and Christian marriage, polygamy is not allowed, polyandry is not approved, while bigamy is not of God. Christians should be disciplined, more careful and more righteous in all their earthly activities.

CALVARY, THE WORLD CARDINAL CENTRE FOR ATTRACTION AND FOR AFFLICTION.

Calvary is the centre of world attraction, the centre of world freedom, the centre of world salvation. Calvary is the cardinal issue of the world history and the cardinal place in world religion, a place where God gave HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON JESUS to die for the world. It is a place of anger, sufferings, pains, blood, death, sorrows and a place of world joy, a place of grace, a place of reconciliation, a place of restoration, a place of last atonement, a place cleansing, a place of the highest wonder, a place of victory, a place of hope and a place of eternal glory. In Old Testament the ancient people used animal blood and that of birds for the atonement of their sins and to appease their angry God, which became a regular practice to them and among them, hence the animals blood and that of the birds are not perfect but expirable, there is therefore need to get the lamb whose blood is perfect, authentic, eternal, solid, permanent, durable and everlasting and that perfect lamb with the perfect blood is JESUS THE SOON OF GOD who was crucified at the cross of Calvary for the perfect atonement of the sins of the entire world. He died for the whole world, but those that believe this truth shall be saved, because Calvary is a place of divine anger and a place of divine forgiveness. Jesus was truly crucified at Calvary as a man, he truly died on the cross, was truly buried in the grave, who truly came out (resurrected) from the grave after three days and was seen by all, ate with His disciples, believed even by His crucifiers, walked in the streets, observed by men, performed more miracles and later went to heaven at the observation and presence of His disciples, confirmed by angels immediately. Our salvation, sanctificate, power, miracles, visions blessings and faith are based on what happened at Calvary. The students of Eltheco must hear this, know it, teach it and believe it because this is the base of our confession.

THE WORLD AND HUMAN SOCIETY

The entire world is our parish and the field of gospel ministry. Students of EL Theological College must be very much aware of the world system while it is cardinal duty of EL Theological College to educate the students on issues of the world in order to make Christian missions easy and successful to the called men and women. EL Theological College students shall be taught on issues below:-

Current affairs and political situations in the land.
Peoples culture, anthropology and religions of the people.
Issues of human society, social evils and dangers.
Social politics, languages and issues of commerce.
The level of Christianity and reigning sins in the land.

Ignorance of the world systence must lead to failure in ministry thus, it becomes very necessary to study about the issues of the world in connections with the gospel spreading.

KINGDOM AND KINGDOMS:

There are kingdoms and there is a kingdom also.There are kingdoms of men, the kingdoms of the earthly kings, the unseen kingdoms of Satan, visible kingdoms of the world of darkness, demonic kingdoms among men, THE CHURCH , and the eternal KINGDON OF GOD where Jesus reigns and rules. The church is God’s kingdom on earth, while there is eternal kingdom of God in heaven. Christians are not of the demonic and worldly kingdoms that are not of God but wholly belong to the eternal kingdom of God where Jesus is the overseer, the king of kings, the almighty God and where the Christians are the royal seeds forever. Believers in Christ are the members of the eternal kingdom through their faith in Jesus Christ and their loyality to the king of eternal kingdom whose name is JESUS, the King of Kings.

CHRISTIANITY

Another name for Christianity is “THE GOSPEL” which means the goodnews. This is the faith of all believers in Christ and all those that believe, receive and totally accept the death, crucifixion, burial and resurrection of Jesus and atonement through the blood of Jesus the only begotten son of God. Christianity is the divine product of the resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ the only begotten son of God. It is living the life of Christ and confessing Christ everywhere. There are many things involved in Christianity as believers in Christ and as those that represent Jesus on earth which are here listed below:-

Every Christian must believe in Jesus Christ.
Every Christian must receive Jesus as Lord and Saviour.
Every true believer in Christ must be born again.
It is Christ like-faith and discipleship fellowship

ACADEMIC MATTERS

EL Theological College has academic matters as a fundamental and cardinal issues and sticks as imparting such to the students on a serious note. The students of Eltheco (students) are made to study theology, Divinity, Anthropology, Ecclesiology, Cosmology, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Ethnology and Religions. The students shall be taught on the issues of church leadership, social development, church administration/management, church growth strategies, psychological development and on philosophical researches. The Bible is the first text book forever. To make the students to be academic is a mandate and every student shall avail him or herself to be prepared and to be made to be really academic in the field of theology.

HEALTH MATTERS

The Bible stipulates and truly unveils or teaches how to be healthy, strong and tireless. It is the duty of EL Theological College to use the Bible principles on health to educate the students daily in order to be fit, healthy, strong and to have steady resistance to diseases and sickness. The best therapy to resist sickness, demonic attacks, fatigues, weakness and stress are plainly exposed by God in the Bible and believers without failure should take the godly examples and to follow the Bible principles of good health, healing and deliverance. The students shall be thoroughly taught and be fully educated on the Bible principles of good health, strength, freedom and issues that can promote soundness to the gospel ministers and the church members at large. It is the will of God that both our bodies, souls and spirits be in good health and prosper always.

THE NATURE AND WORKS OF EVIL SPIRITS AND THE AUTHORITY OF THE BELIEVERS.

Demons (evil spirits) are spirit beings originally created as angels of God before their fall, man also is a spirit being originally created as the image of God before his fall. Demons since after their rebellion against the authority of God became God’s enemies, man’s enemies and also enemies to whatever concerns God. As a result of these demons targeted human communities, families, Man’s health, Man’s progress and Man’s plans in order to destroy them. Demons can kill, destroy, cause sickness, cause weakness, cause hardship, cause poverty, cause death, failures, troubles, crises, disagreements, disunity, divorce, barrenness, Childlessness, Church splitting, Church fighting, Church politics, hatred in the churches among members, sin and unfaithfulness in the church among members, enmity, quarrelling, lying and all forms of ungodliness in our society today. Demons can motivate cults, magics, occultations, idol worship, heresies, sorcery, wizardry , killing, kidnapping, stealing, fornication, adultery, fake prophecies, false miracles, false teaching, false ministries and antichristism. Demons can possess men, cheat men deceive men, oppose men, depress, oppress, initiate and manipulation, overtaken influence and live in men and can cause madness, drunkenness and can make man become useless. In other hand, the believers in Christ are bestowed and empowered with the divine authority through the name of JESUS to destroy the works of the demons in human communities. Believers are to cast out demons, destroy the works of demons bind the demons, cage the demons, stop demons activities, loose the demonic enslaved person, deliver the oppressed, heal the sick, release God’s fire upon demons, command demons to leave, show the demons where to go after loosing the oppressed and break demons stronghold, liberate the land, the family or the individuals, break curses and bind all forces of darkness through the name and the authority of Jesus. The students of EL Theological College shall be taught to know his right, his power and his authority in Jesus name, and shall be made to be God’s instrument and weapon in healing, deliverance and freedom.`

TRADITION

Our great emphasis on tradition is very necessary. Our reference to tradition is not a mere culture but an institution, foundation and history that form the living system of the people which has passed from generation to generation. Our teachings on missions, cross cultural ministries and inter-tribal church planting demand wider knowledge of the peoples tradition, wider knowledge of the Bible tradition and the wider knowledge of Christian tradition and without these three areas of tradition the gospel ministry may fail in such foreign lands. These therefore make the issues of tradition very necessary and demands steady and regular academic attention.

CULTURE:

Culture here is seen as the people’s way of living, way of thinking, way of activities and the peoples way of expressions. Peoples culture otherwise affects and involves the peoples social life, peoples philosophy, the peoples sociology, the peoples anthropology and the peoples trading, buying and selling even the peoples eating and drinking. Peoples culture affects their deities, religions, worship and the peoples system of doing things. As the best theological college in Nigeria, EL Theological College gives deep concern to peoples culture, to Bible culture to Christian culture and to the culture of any tribe, preach and ti plant our church. Student preparing for foreign mission must study what is known in EL Theological College as “THE CULTURE” which shall help the student to succeed and to score his expected ministerial goals.

NATURE:

When we discuss about nature in gospel ministries and in missionary exploration, what we mean are the nature of the land, the climate of the very place, the geographical location, the types of food, nature of the peoples religion, the nature of the reigning sin in that land, the dangers in such areas, the history of the land, the reigning deities and the nature of their worship. our emphasis on nature helps to train, equip and to disciple our students to become the best in Nigeria and to be experts in missionary works, in church planting, in church growth, in evangelism and in general gospel ministries. We also teach the necessity of adaptation if such cannot hurt, kill and damage the gospel ministry. EL Theological College stands as the centre of change and great impartations.

THE SOCIOLOGY OF GOSPEL MINISTRY

The sociology of Christian ministry has to do with the church Christian ministry or the gospel organization and the society. It is all about how the body of Christ can work, use and accept the society for its growth and for its expansion. The emphasis of this course shall be on what and how the church can use the society for its break-through, growth and survival and also unveil how much the church needs the society and the importance of inviting the social world in church programs, in church revival, wedding, child dedication, crusades, evangelism and the level of friendship with the society in order to achieve these. EL Theological College students shall be educated on the secrets of success in these matters.

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF GOSPEL MINISTRY.

The psychology of gospel ministry has to do with the gospel ministers insight to understand and to discover what the members are passing through, seek Biblical means to treat the cases or to solve the problems. This is the gospel ministers great power of reasoning, great power of thinking, great power of discovery and great power to find solutions to the needs or problems of his ministry as an institution and those of his members as individuals. EL Theological College shall equip the students on how best to deal with the issues of these natures.

THE PHILOSOPHY OF GOSPEL MINISTRY.

The philosophy of the gospel ministry is based on the culture, custom, conduct and the coordination of the gospel ministry. How does the gospel ministry carry its task? What is the gospel ministry aiming at? How can the gospel ministry score its goal? What are the real instruments of success? When is the most conducive period to carry on the fruitful projects? The ministry of philosophy is a deep foundation for the growth and progress of the Christian ministries. The students of EL Theological College shall be rooted and linked to the true philosophy that shall bring him to victory, to growth, to progress, to greater prosperity and to the best level of his daily dreams in the gospel ministry.

ANTHROPOLOGY OF THE GOSPEL MINISTRY

Anthropology of the gospel ministry is a necessity to the gospel ministers, Gospel Ministry and an important need to the gospel missionaries of nowadays. Who are the people you are going to? Where do you want to plant your church? Who are the tribes you aim at planting your church and the people you plan to evangelize? How do they live? What are their occupations? What is their level of reasoning? How do they value life? How is their culture and their total value of the world? The students shall be helped to understand the level of reasoning of the part of world they planned to go and how such people behave.

ETHNOLOGY OF THE GOSPEL MINISTRY:

Ethnology presently is a necessity in academic theological colleges in order to understand the philosophy, ethnicity, culture, history of migration, the resistance and the acceptability of the people, the ethnic group, tribe and the race where his church shall be planted. The level of adaptation needed, the need to speak and to understand their language and the need to train a very good interpreter in case of language barrier or variation. The students of EL Theological College shall be trained and rooted and be built on the foundation of success and victory whenever the gospel takes him to a strange land and to the strange people of the earth.

COSMOLOGY OF THE GOSPEL MINISTRY

Cosmology is the studies of the universe, the studies of this planet earth or the studies of the WORLD in a simple language. The word” WORLD” can be also referred to a particular section of this earth. In this course, cosmology in missiology is the study of people’ s character, people’ s culture, people’ s activities based on their beliefs, view of life and on their climate, geographical location, seasons and on the frequent events of the land. The students of EL Theological College shall be trained and fully rooted on what to do, when in midst of people with different views of life

ADAPTATION OF THE GOSPEL MINISTRY

Adaptation is the key success of the gospel ministry. That was JESUS method, Peters method and the steady method of Paul. Can we really win them from far distance? Shall we win them without associating with them? Can we get them to our church without learning of them and become one of them still in our holiness? The students of EL Theological College shall be taught on how to catch the big fish in the deep mighty ocean without being drowned. The Ethics and methods of gospel ministry demands having enough power, enough fire, enough unction, enough vision enough charisma, enough mission, enough life, enough faith and enough faithfulness in order to meet up the present ministry requirement and to face the battles ahead. EL Theological College has it as a task to equip the students fully in order to meet all ministry requirements.

METHODOLOGY OF THE GOSPEL MINISTRY

Methodology of the gospel ministry is the music of the hour and required an urgent need at the pulpit. Metodology is the gospel ministry include the gospel ministers need to study the Bible and know the Bible, the gospel ministers needs to pray and to be in spirit, the gospel ministers need of self dedication in order to be inspired by the Holy Spirit, gospel ministers need of spirituality in order to be like Jesus. The gospel ministries not a hasty and casual business but a full time walk and work with God. The students of EL Theological College shall be taught the rudiments of the gospel ministries in order to become whom God called him to become.
The ethics, methods and focus of the gospel ministry demand higher knowledge, higher understanding, higher spirituality, higher dedication, higher vision, higher mission, higher charisma, higher unction, higher faith and faithfulness, higher potential and greater education in order to have boldness and to be possessed with all forms of fearlessness in the gospel ministry. EL Theological College is the gospel centre for all equipment and comprehensive preparation for the gospel task ahead.

THE GREATEST ECCLESIASTICAL INPUT IN NIGERIA CHURCHES.
This is an EL Theological College inputs to build and to train Nigerian church leaders, General Overseers, Bishops, minister Directors, senior pastors, Presbyters, Episcopals, District superintendents, State overseers and great leaders of the church and pioneers church builders in Nigeria and beyond. SCF III: Equipping the Bishops, Presbyters and Priests:
The course and unavoidable teachings to students and to all who shall be priest, Presbyters and Bishops in future are based on what we call senior ministers forum who are equipped with courses on leadership, Administration, Management, conflict resolution, Crises management, Burden bearing, Visions, Temple building, Kingdom focus, Doctrine preservation, Patience, Christ-oriented life, faith and faithfulness coupled with the love of God and of brethren. The Bishops and presbyters shall be equipped with such courses by Eltheco.
SCF II2: Pulpit Education
Pulpit is the greatest office of the called man, especially the Bishops, Presbyters and Priest. EL Theological College has mapped out course that shall make them successful, which include our teachings on their devotion, Prayer life, faith and faithfulness, Holiness focus, how to preach and teach the issues of marriage, family life, Public life, general relationship with the church, family and with the society at large.
SCF II3: Academic Philosophy of Church leadership:
EL Theological College unveils the need to academic pursuit and achievements among the church leaders and thoroughly impart the students with the desire to read and to study, need for leadership education, need for more knowledge, more understanding, more insight, more wisdom, more growth that shall lead to success, break through, maturity, fame and to more connections in the gospel ministry.
SCF II4: Insight to Sociology of the Gospel Ministry
This is an academic course that shall make the student to be visionary oriented, to draw plans for future progress, set goals, understand the society and the needs of the common man and to be really creative in his gospel ministry. The student shall be trained to be bold, fearless and to be possessed with great power of elocution in the society, in the church and on his pulpit.
SCF II5: The Clerics and Church Sacraments.
Church sacraments are the divine business of the Bishops, Presbyters and the senior ministers at the altar. Church sacraments include Baptism and Holy Communion, though others may add marriage, foot washing and ordinations. Christian sacraments are to be administered by only the Bishops, Priests, Presbyters, Episcopals and the ordained gospel ministers of the church. The focus of this course is to teach all ethics or rudiments of the sacraments in the New Testament churches.
SCF II6: Psychology of Ministry Strategies:
This is the advanced course for the senior clergy at the altar of God. The focus of this course is to equip the senior gospel ministers on how to plan, how to face external forces, how to overcome church crises and how to use spirituality to conquer carnality, how to use faith to conquer fear and how to strategize issues that shall bring the church to success, growth and to steady stability.
SCF II7: Rudiments of Altar Packages:
There are different altar packages which include secret prayers for the members, secret prayers for sermons and for teachings, secret prayers before counseling, secret prayers for the church services and other church programmes. There must be vision, mission, ministry and mandate from the altar that shall sustain the church. EL Theological College students shall be taught on how things are done and how to make things happen and things working.
SCF II8: The Rudiments of Commissioning:
We have about four levels of gospel ministers in the present day churches among such levels are

The initially called person of God – unapproved.
The commissioned (licensed) man of God – approved.
The ordained gospel minister – Presbyter (Senior Pastor)
The consecrated or dedicated minister – (Specific calling)

The commissioned or licensed gospel minister is an approved man of God, called by God and approved by the church. This very course has to do with the duties, altar services, Ministries and the total duties of the commissioned gospel ministers.
SCF II9: The Authority of Ordained Gospel Minister:
The ordained Gospel Minister is an elder, Presbyter, the most senior minister who is fully ordained to carry all the business of the church including gospel rituals and needed sacraments in the church. This course is on the full duties, sacraments, rituals and other sacred works designated only to the ordained gospel ministers which other ministers of the lower level can never perform.
SCF I20: Consecrated or Dedicated Gospel Minister:
Consecrated or dedicated gospel ministers are those fully and consciously dedicated to the course of God, such as the BISHOP, the EPISCOPALS, the PRESBYTERS and those dedicated fully in the offices of the apostles and prophets. This course shall definitely deal with their duties, positions and their rights and divine ministries assigned to them. This course shall expose what they are called to do and why they should do that in the churches. They are the most senior ministers of the gospel with great responsibilities and greater visions.
SCF I2I: Episcopal Ecclesiology:
This course has to do with specific sacred duties for specific dedicated gospel ministers. This course reveals church duties that are only designated to special ministers of the senior order. Episcopal Ecclesiology reveals the church duties, rituals and specific church ceremonies, rituals, sacraments and other church ordinances that shall only be done by the dedicated or specific senior clerics in the church EL Theological College teaches how these ecclesiastical duties shall be performed.
SCF I22: The Ethics of General Overseeing:
The Church of God is not a worldly business, neither is it the worldly system. The general overseer is not overseeing ordinary organization but a sacred and spiritual organization. This course is a lesson for the general overseers to know what to do, what to say, how to lead, how to face circumstance and how to oversee the church of God. Every student of Eltheco must study this course in order to know what to do.
SCF I23: Government of the Pulpit in the Pew:
The government of the pulpit on the pew refers what the gospel minister owes his church, his leadership authority, influence, order, rulership and his power over his church congregation. The gospel minister at the altar has much to do on, in and with his congregation. This lesson shall focus on what the pastor shall do in his church and the authority of the gospel minister in the church. El Theological College devotes enough time to educate the students on the duties of the pulpit minister on the congregation of God’s people known as the church.
SCF I24: Ethics of Wedding, Child Dedication and Burials.
This course is for all students of all categories, teaching the ethics, rudiments, style, system, mode and method of church marriage, Church Child Dedication and Church Burial according to the Christian tradition. It is a necessity for all gospel ministers to understand how to join two persons in marriage, how to dedicate a new born baby and how to bury a dead Christian member. These rituals, ministerial acts and officiating procedures in the church of Jesus Christ are very necessary for the proper knowledge of the gospel preacher. EL Theological College have it as a mandate to teach all to students.
SCF 125: Management of Christian Worship
The survival, stability, sweetness, success and spirituality of the Christian worship depend on the management of the gospel minister incharge of the altar. Every man at the altar is a manager whose duties are to care for the church and to supervise the Christian service and Christians worship. This course is to educate the students and the gospel ministers at large on how to manage the spiritual worship of the church.
SCF 126: Management of Sound Doctrines:
The gospel minister as a manager has his two eyes open, his two ears open and his mind open to manage, supervise, lead and to direct the church towards sound and Biblical doctrines. This course has to do with the total altar management that shall keep the church sound, clean, pure and balanced, which shall guide the church to true and sound Biblical doctrines. This course shall educate the students on what is guide, how to manage and how to lead the church to sound Biblical doctrines.
SCF 127: Watching Against Heresies:
The pulpit men also known as the teacher, the pastor, the evangelist, the prophet and the apostle are also known as the true watchmen. They have their eyes open in their churches against demonic invasion, demonic deception, demonic manipulation in the worship of God’s people which shall quickly give birth to what we call heresies and delusions which are demonic tricks, plans and traps to kill and to cage the people of God. Every student shall study how to detect and discover heresies in Christian worship nowadays.
SCF 128: Clerical Obligations:
Gospel Ministers have special duties to perform in the churches and in the gospel fields. The clerics (gospel ministers) has ministerial obligations, special duties and spiritual mandates as a result of their divine calling and divine appointments. This course shall indicate, reveal and expose the obligation of the gospel ministers. The students of EL Theological College shall be fully educated on the mandates, obligations and duties of the gospel ministers.
SCF 129: Church Organs:
This course in EL Theological College is for all students and must be participated by every registered student. The course is an eye opener that teaches the gospel minister. The necessity of creating different organs in his local church, such as choristers, Youths fellowship, workers fellowship, Ushers group and others including prayer band group, evangelism team and students fellowship. The students shall be taught on how to create these organs and the benefits in creating them.
SCF 130: The Task of Spirituality:
Whatever business that is done in the church that denies its spirituality is a failure. The spirituality of the church is not debatable and not optional and never a second handed issue. The church is a spiritual body and called to be spiritual. The church is born to be spiritual, called to be spiritual and established on the spiritual foundation. The students shall be taught the necessity of the church spirituality and why, how and what of the whole issue.
SCF 131: Righteousness that can Cause Maturity:
This course is on spiritual maturity and how to acquire it and the role of Christian righteousness in Christian maturity. The student in this class shall be taught to be righteous and the benefits of righteousness in Christian church in Christian family and in Christian individual. This is an ecclesiastical course to build and to equip the church.
SCF 132: Holiness that Attract Fame:
This course shall bring the students to the lives of Moses, Joshua, John the Baptist, Peter and Paul who controlled great crowd, drew influence and addressed the multitude of people with the truth on their conviction of holiness. This course will help the student to understand the effects of ministers true holiness on the church members and shall help the student to be holy and to maintain holiness, which is foundation of church growth, positive fame, respect and ministerial success. This course is anti-pulpit occultation and ministry cultism.
SCF 133: How to Become Kingdom Builder:
Some of the present day preachers are empire builders, others are financial seekers, while there are those who are fame seekers, but only few know what they are doing, who are the kingdom builders. It is one thing to be at the altar preaching but another is to be at the altar of God preaching for the kingdom of God. This course is on how to become God’s servant and the true preacher of the gospel and the kingdom builder. This will make the student to position himself where God shall meet him, use him and lead him in the ministry.
SCF 134: The Sacrifice for Church Growth:
This is a biblical course on the spiritual and Biblical sacrifice that can cause church growth. No church is called or created to be dwarf but ministers ignorance, carnality, sinful and laziness have contributed to the stagnancy and dwarfish growth of their churches. This course shall teach the righteous, holy and biblical efforts and true godly sacrifice to make that shall cause church growth like the congregations of Moses, Joshua, John the Baptist, Peter and Paul of old. Every total church can grow if its pastor can.
SCF 135: How to Bring Unity, Love and Peace in the Church:
Love, Unity and Peace are of God, any church without the three is lacking much in the realm of the Holy Spirit and of course, any church without love, without unity and without peace shall not be called the church of God, but demonic congregation. This course is on how to bring unity, love and peace of God in the church of God. The student here shall be taught on how to make his church godly, Christ oriented and heavenly conscious congregation.
SCF 136: Keys to Divine Promotion:
The Bible says promotion comes from nowhere but from God. This course shall teach the students of EL Theological College on the secrets, keys, sacrifices and the divine foundation for godly promotion. God is highly interested in promotion, prosperity and the success of His children but how shall it come? This course has the answer on how can the students of EL Theological College catch divine promotion earlier prepared for them by God their father.

SPECIAL TRAINING FOR THE DISABLED AND DEFORMED GOSPEL MINISTERS.
EL Theological College as the best and the most academic Bible College in the country has it as a supreme task to train every called man and woman. EL Theological College is a Bible College that is called, created, built and established for every called man and woman, without any discrimination, without any selection and without any rejection of anyone irrespective the one’ s colour, state of origin, tribe on his nationality, nor does EL Theological College reject the deformed and disabled called man and woman. EL Theological College shall admit the deaf, the lame, the cripple, the blind or the withered body and shall train such called man or woman with all scriptural needed information to equip and deformed or any disabled called person to work for God who has chosen and called such person for God’ s divine business in the vineyard of God. We believe, if God who created the deformed and the disabled persons and called them into the gospel ministries in God’ s vineyards. It means that God has given them messages and word for the world, thus, we see it as our duty to train those whom God has chosen irrespective of their physical and visible abilities, but bestowed with great spiritual and ministerial abilities. We therefore train all called men and women whether the blind, the deaf, cripple, lame or others whom God has called to work for him. This class of people should not feel inferior but should be servants of God.
